The Committee’s members will be comprised of five (5) DRFN members who will be appointed by the Council.  The Council will appoint one of its members as an ex-officio member of the Committee.

All written confirmations of interests sent by way of email or mail, as noted above, will be forwarded to the Council for its consideration.  However, any written confirmations of interest received after 4:30 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025, will not be considered by the Council.

The DRFN encourages interested DRFN members, who are at least 18 years of age, to provide written confirmations of interest to the Council for consideration for appointment as members to the Committee.  This written notice must be provided to the Council no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025, as follows.
