The committee’s role
The committee’s terms of reference provide for five members, with Council participating ex officio. Its mandate is to develop a constitution through community engagement and bring recommendations to the 2026 annual meeting.

The committee’s work includes gathering member perspectives and developing recommendations.
How decisions are made
The terms favour consensus, with a majority vote when needed. Ex officio participants do not vote.
